I had a pretty solid stay at W San Francisco, especially with the convenient location close to the Moscone Center. The service was genuinely nice and welcoming, making my visit enjoyable. However, I did have a couple of hiccups, like needing to move stuff out of the fridge and a bit of a wait for bell service during check-out. Overall, I'd say it was a fun experience, but there are areas that could use a little polish.

The room was nice and clean, but the double beds felt a bit small for the four of us. I loved that we had a cool view, but moving stuff out of the fridge was a hassle, taking up space when we should've enjoyed the room more.
Service
8.0
Service was above average, with the staff being really friendly and accommodating. The bell staff took a little too long during check-out, which was kind of annoying. But the other staff members were super attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Moscone Center and a ton of restaurants. I felt comfortable walking around the area, especially compared to other parts of the city that can feel a bit sketchy. It’s pretty much perfect for anyone looking to explore San Francisco on foot.
Dining
9.0
Dining at the bar was a highlight for me, with great service and good quality food. It was great to have the option to eat in without leaving the hotel. Just a note, though–there could've been clearer communication about dining options, especially since we didn't get to experience the bar on one of our nights due to a private event.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities were decent, with valet parking being smooth and hassle-free. There were some minor fixes needed in terms of the in-room phone and billing info. Additional amenities were good, but I think they could benefit from a bit of an upgrade overall.

My recent stay at the W San Francisco was truly fantastic. The staff provided really good service, making me feel welcomed and valued. The room was not only clean and inviting but also stylish, offering a stunning view of the Bay Bridge. However, I did encounter some minor irritations with room specifics and dining options that could use improvement.

The hotel is perfectly situated next to the SF MOMA and within walking distance of great dining options. While the area can feel a bit unsettled at night due to the presence of homeless individuals, I felt relatively safe overall.

The dining experience at the lobby bar exceeded my expectations with its quality food and smooth atmosphere. However, one night, the bar was closed for a private event, which was disappointing.

The W San Francisco had great vibes and was incredibly well-located near the SFMOMA and many restaurants. The room was stylish and comfortable, which really enhanced my stay. However, I faced a frustrating billing issue and some miscommunication with the staff that detracted from the experience.

My stay at W San Francisco had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city, but I faced some frustrating issues with room readiness upon my arrival. While the staff’s service quality varied, the comfortable and stylish room I stayed in was a definite highlight, alongside the clean facilities. Overall, I appreciated certain aspects, but the lack of effective communication regarding credits and readiness left me wanting more.

Rooms

My room was comfortable and stylish, featuring great amenities and a lovely decor. I loved the spaciousness and the modern feel. It was impressive how well they cleaned the room during my stay, and I enjoyed the city views. However, I was disappointed that my room didn't initially have the view I expected.
Service
6.0
The service was a mixed bag. While some staff members were incredibly polite and attentive, like Nico who ensured my needs were met, I had issues at check-in when my room wasn't ready on time. Communication about the destination credit was also inconsistent, leading to some annoying confusion. I wish I had experienced more uniform service.

The location of the hotel is perfect for city exploration. It's close to major attractions like SFMOMA and has convenient access to downtown. I felt safe walking around, although I did notice some cleanliness issues on nearby streets. Still, the accessibility to walk to the waterfront made it enjoyable.
Dining

The dining options were satisfactory, although I found the breakfast choices somewhat limited. The quality of what was offered was high, but I would have preferred more variety. Additionally, the service during breakfast could have been better coordinated to avoid missing orders.
Facilities

The hotel had a variety of facilities, and the gym was a nice touch. I appreciated the clean environment. However, I encountered some misunderstandings regarding the mini-bar charges that added unnecessary hassle to my experience. Effective management of issues could use improvement.

My stay at the W San Francisco was fantastic overall. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the SFMOMA and some great shopping. The room was stunning and exceeded my expectations in comfort and style. On the flip side, the signature scent in the lobby was a bit overwhelming, and the wifi wasn't free, which felt a little outdated. Still, I can't wait to return!
